- Supervise children closely, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Establish clear routines and expectations for behavior.
- Build positive relationships with each child, fostering their emotional and social development.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with other EYFS teachers, sharing best practices and creating a cohesive learning environment.
- Work with specialists (e.g., speech therapists) if needed to support individual children's needs.
