Description

A Sales Manager in the UAE's aftermarket automotive industry plays a crucial role in driving sales of parts, accessories, and services for various vehicle makes and models. They lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth in the aftermarket segment. 

Job Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Set clear sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales skills and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and identify potential sales opportunities.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, repair shops, and individual consumers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.

 

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the UAE's automotive aftermarket.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and achieve sales objectives.
  • Set pricing strategies considering market competition and profitability.

 

Administrative and Reporting:

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales activities.
